Office Manager



Responsibilities:
•       Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
•       Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendors.
•       Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments.
•       Handle incoming and outgoing mail, email, and telephone communications.
•       Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the office space.
•       Ensure security and safety protocols are followed in the office.
•       Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
•       Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
•       Provide personal support to executives/partners as needed, including personal scheduling and errands.
•       Maintain and update filing systems and databases.
•       Greet, assist and/or direct visitors.

Responsibilities:
• A bachelor’s degree
• Good command of Azerbaijani, English and Russian
• Experience in this field is an advantage
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
